As COVID-19 cases continue to climb and create uncertainties on everyone, HPPCOOP has dediced to give all its members FREE COVID-19 INSURANCE with the following coverage:

1. The following Terms and Conditions apply.
2. All members on record from Nov 20, 2020 onwards, whether Regular, Associate, or Honorary, are included in the free COVID-19 insurance coverage.
3. Coop Members may also extend the COVID-19 insurance to their dependents up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity (spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in-law, children-in-law) for just P90.00/year*. 4. In case of claims, please refer to the Terms and Conditions for the requirements.

Please check your profile in the website (Login required) to make sure that your name and birthday are correct. These data will be submitted to the Cooperative Insurance System of the Philippines so accuracy is vital to avoid any issues in case of claims.
