COVID-19 Advisory #3: Online Share Capital Loan

To further facilitate members' emergency need for cash during the current pandemic, we have added Online Share Capital Loan Application in the website. Please just go to the website under Member's Area to apply. We will also try to put this facility in the HPP Mobile App in the coming days.

Loan proceeds will be transferred electronically to the member's Bank Account on record. For Share Capital Loan, no comaker is required and Credit Life Insurance has been waived. Please note that Share Capital Loan ceiling is based on member's total Share Capital contributions less any outstanding loans. Kindly check the HPP Mobile App to determine your maximum loanable amount. Other terms and conditions apply.

Other Loan Types

Regular Loan Applications can be submitted electronically in the meantime. Use the standard Loan Application Form which can be downloaded from the Member's Area. Email a scanned copy to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a cc to your comaker/s, if any is required. Comaker/s must give their approvals via email reply for the application to be processed. Please expect some delays in processing as we adjust to this new system.

Exception Approvals

For members who are already outside the Credit Policy (e.g. over the P100k max loanable amount per member, lacking HPPEMC tenure requirement, etc.), you may still apply via email but your application will have to be reviewed by the Board for exception approval. Kindly use the standard Loan Application Form which can be downloaded from the Member's Area.

COVID-19 Advisory #1: Coop Operations

Following the President's announcement that puts Luzon under Enhanced Community Quarantine, we are currently adjusting our operations to continue services to members while taking into consideration the health and safety of everyone.

We'll do our best to continue to operate even on a limited capacity. But please bear with the temporary delays as we manage through the lockdown. Stay safe and stay tuned.

6th Annual General Assembly: COVID-19 Update

Every year, cooperatives nationwide are required to conduct General Assemblies within the first 90 days of the calendar year. But given the growing concerns around COVID-19, the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) has issued Memorandum Circular 2020-03 allowing cooperatives to postpone their GAs for a period of up to three (3) months.

In line with this, in a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors on March 12, 2020, the Board has decided to reschedule the 6th Annual General Assembly of HPP Employees Multipurpose Cooperative to a later date (i.e. June 2020).

HPPEMC Election 2020

All incumbent officers of HPPEMC will therefore need to be on hold-over capacity until such time that the votes have been canvassed during the recheduled 6th Annual General Assembly.

Members may contact the coop office for more information. In the meantime, HPPEMC asks everyone to stay safe as we all live through this pandemic.
