Despite easing the lockdown, the Tagaytay City local government has advised that short-term lease is still prohibited until further notice. Thus, booking of our Serin unit has been disabled until end July. Booking from August to December 2020 has been opened with free rebooking/cancellation based on the status of the pandemic.

With President Rodrigo Duterte extending the Enhanced Community Quarantine in Metro Manila until May 15, HPPEMC will be granting another 30-day grace period for loans falling due on the May 2020 payroll.

Similar to the first 30-day grace period granted in April, availing of this second 30-day grace period is optional and does not preclude those wanting to pay their obligations for May 2020.

Please note that consistent with BSP and CDA guidelines, loan interest will continue to accrue during the 30-day grace periods. Members must inform the coop office on or before May 1, 2020 if they wish to avail of the second 30-day grace period to allow the coop to process the request before the May 2020 payroll cut-off. 

HPPEMC "Call-For-Donations" was able to help INSPIRE in their relief efforts to support our heroes in the Philippine General Hospital. Extending their appreciation, INSPIRE shared that with help from members and other donors, they were able to bring the following to PGH:

More help will be needed as our frontliners continue fight the pandemic. As such, INSPIRE is continuously calling for donations to be able to acquire much needed PPEs for the Lung Center of the Philippines and the UST Hospital, among others.
