HPPECC has been accepted as a member-owner of 1CISP (1 Cooperative Insurance System of the Philippines). Soon, HPPECC will be able to offer various insurance products available to all 1CISP member coops. Motor Vehicle and Fire Insurance, among others, will be made available to HPPECC coop members at lower than market rates. This is because, being a cooperative federation, 1CISP is tax-free and is able to extend the savings on VAT, doc stamps, etc., to all its members.

1CISP has been in the insurance business for 45 years and is the largest cooperative insurance organization in the Philippines today. In 2018, it has been identified as one of the top 10 fastest growing insurance cooperatives in the world by the International Cooperative and Mutual Insurance Federation. With more than 2000 cooperative members, 1CISP is expecting to continue its double-digit growth in the next five years. Truly, a fitting role model and "big brother" for HPPECC.
