I have a number of family members I plan to enroll. Can I use the Coop's Hospitalization Loan facility to pay for 1CoopHealth?

  • Yes but subject to existing Credit Policy

Will pre-existing conditions be covered?

  • Pre-existing will be covered after 1 year.
  • However, if we get at least 300 enrollees, the 1 year moratorium on pre-existing conditions may be waived.

When will 1CoopHealth be available to HPPECC members and dependents?

  • The plan is to make 1CoopHealth available by May 2019. But we'll need everyone's cooperation. We need to get the names of all your family members you wish to enroll as they wil need to be submitted to 1Coophealth for processing.

I'm interested. How do we start?

  • As 1CoopHealth is only available to members of cooperatives, anyone you wish to enroll needs to be a member of HPPECC. As approved during the GA, family members may now be accepted as "Honorary Members" of HPPECC with benefits and privileges limited and specific to Honorary Members e.g. 1CoopHealth.

To enroll a family member/s please fill-up the Honorary Membership Endorsement and Enrollment Form which you can find in the MEMBERS AREA. As access is limited to members, you need to LOGIN first.
